Terms and Conditions

BOOKING AND CONSULTATION FEE

A consultation fee is required due to the time, expertise and comprehensive assessment offered at  this level of consultation. It is a one-time payment and his/her further consultations are offered free.

Booking appointments, cancellations and rescheduling can be by telephone, email or in person

Please contact the clinic on 7025250024 if you think you will be late for your appointments. We will always do our best to accomodate late arrivals. However there may be times when a late arrival will result in reduced consultation time or rescheduling can be made by telephone, email or in person

PAYMENT

Our terms are full payment on the day of treatment directly in the clinic. Cash and all major credit card and debit cards are accepted.

REFUNDS

No refunds of any kind will be given on any other treatments or any procedures undertaken

CHILD POLICY

We do not treat persons under the age of 18 years
